Please note we are experiencing a high volume of requests with tight expected turnaround times. The required three week turnaround time (15 business days) is standard and takes into consideration fixed priority projects, requests already submitted and in the queue as well as required vacation and weekends. Please note, there will be delays in response and delivery times. Please plan ahead as needed to accommodate the needed turnaround time or speak to your supervisor about the priority.
